Came here 8 am without appt and was immediately seen, only 1 other customer and me this morning. Asked for full fluid change with all synthetic for my 02' Mustang GT. Â My quote would be $420.00 which is good for coolant flush, oil change, transmission and rear differencial drain and service all synth. Â They started work immediately. As I watched I noted attention to detail such as thoro inspections, cleaning the parts off, and the mechanical actually pulled the diff cover off; instead of the typical sucking of the fluid out as I've seen other places do. The service took 2.5 hours, the majority of that was taken by the coolant flush and to allow diff sealant to dry. Â The price was comparable to other shops and I was completely satisfied with the service. They do go over recommended maintenance that they find during their inspections; they found all legit problems that I knew about which I declined to perform until a later time.

We could not be happier with the service that we received from Alpine Auto Repair. From the time that I called to see if they could assist us, to the greeting as we entered the building, to the efficient and careful manner in which the work was done. The work was done well and at a reasonable rate.

Showed up early on my day off and was helped immediately. Its best make an appt like most places but i thought showing up early would help. Keeping my fingers crossed im not here for 3 hours like i was at big o tires

Kind of shocked about all the low ratings. We have had nothing but great service here and always with a smile. They do all the routine maintenance work on my wifes Lexus and daughters Acura and always do a great job for a fair price. We live about two miles away and they always offer the shuttle service to get us home if needed. From what i've seen EVERYONE in the place is very friendly and they always want to make sure we are satisfied.

Wow, there are a bunch of whiners on here. The gang at Family Auto Service - Alpine have always treated me GREAT! Some people want something for nothing. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! These guys and gals have saved my tons of money keeping all 3 of my cars going. Between the 2 cars I now own, I have over 460,000 miles and counting. Recently, i was broken down in New Mexico and called the owner on his cell phone. He answered promptly and gave me sound advice. One of the shops there in Gallup was going to charge me $500 for a full tune up. After talking with Rob, it cost me less than $10 (Bad Gas) Geesh! I owe that guy dinner!

I have always been happy with the service here, granted they are not the fastest but they do good work. They do offer a AAA discount - so use it if ya got it! I really have never had an issue here and trust them and I have not trusted many mechanics over the years.
