Family Auto Service - Alpine
I'm a little late on the review, but I want to thank Family Auto personnel for their service to my vehicle one month ago. I made an appointment to smog my car, but when I got their, they told me the appointment was for the day before. In all reality, the scheduling conflict came from poor cell service. The personnel told me the was nothing they could do, because someone else was now scheduled for this time. Needless to say, time was short, yet Theresa told me to hold on and went to the Manager. Before I knew it, they smogged my vehicle and I was on my way in the time frame I had originally expected. The smog technician, Hugo, I believe, had juggled things around to help me. In all reality, we're going through a serious issue dealing with our daughter, who is terminal, and Family Auto showed compassion to work their magic to get me in and out without me having to come back - and I would have, since they've earned my trust. Thank you all, especially you, Theresa, for helping me.
